I shot this panorama in the archipelago of Gothenburg, Sweden last month.
In fact, this picture is made of 9 different photos sticked together with Photoshop. I spend around 6 hours to get the picture and one hour for the rest. I didn't realise how long it is to make such a panoramic view. And my computer is really really slow for such a big file... (the final .psd file weighs more than 350 Mo)
But i'm glad with the result. And i hope you like it as well.

Edit [17/07/06] : Removed some 'shadows'
Beautiful! I can't believe that's from Sweden! ...By the way, have you ever tried a software called Panorama Maker? It's simple and easy to use and works fine with slower computer's too..
Yeah that's from Sweden... I really love this country (except for the price of alcohol ).
In fact i used panorama factory because it automatically corrects the lens distortion etc. so it's easier to stick the photos after this. But the main part is made with Photoshop for fine correction. The result given straight from the software is good, but unfortunately there are still some 'shadows' and minor problems. And i wanted something as perfect as possible. The main problem is the trees that moves with the wind. It fools the software and the final image is quite disappointing. That's why i prefer to make all the final operations in Photoshop.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
