For the border, it was maybe 00:30 when i made it yesterday (today actually), so i was kind of tired :D. I'm gonna change it a bit... Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks. The key is to take the picture when the light from the sky is roughly the same than the light on the building so you have a well balanced lighting. The only problem is that most of the time you have to shoot after 9pm. But for me it's ok given it's over 35°C during the day so the night is a real pleasure.
